Thank you, Kevin, and it's a pleasure to be here. I come from a medical background, specializing in gastroenterology and neurology. Initially, I pursued a conventional path, working as the director of The Henry Ford Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center. However, my family history of entrepreneurship and a deep-seated desire to make a difference propelled me to explore new horizons.

Despite my medical career, the undercurrent of business ownership always lingered. I recognized the profound impact of access to healthcare on patients' lives. This realization fueled my passion to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare services, especially for those in rural areas or facing financial constraints.

During my tenure at Henry Ford, I spearheaded telehealth initiatives that significantly improved patient outcomes. Yet, I realized that access barriers persisted, hindering many from receiving timely care. This discrepancy troubled me deeply, prompting me to take action.

Thus, I founded Andoro Health, an independent consulting firm dedicated to enhancing patient access and healthcare delivery. Our mission is to connect local physicians with specialists, ensuring seamless care coordination and improved outcomes for all patients, regardless of their location or socioeconomic status.

My journey from medical practice to entrepreneurship reflects a relentless pursuit of impact and innovation. It's not just about business; it's about leveraging my expertise to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. That, to me, is the ultimate driving force behind everything I do.
