The Interchange has exceeded my expectations.  I’m thrilled to be sharing time with the wonderful group of leaders that Tom and Brad assembled.  And in those monthly conversations, Tom and Brad don’t show up with answers.  Instead, they show up (with prompts and authentic curiosity) to a conversation of peers and along with all of us, share challenges and occasionally offer suggestions, feedback, and insight.  They masterfully “hold the space” for the conversation, and I’ve left every session provoked, inspired, thoughtful, and with tools to make me a better leader.  I recommend the Interchange without reservation.

Our Book

#1 Amazon Best Seller

Many leaders don’t reach their full potential.
Their teams are being held back and leaders can’t understand why.

That’s frustrating.

In the time of the Great Resignation, it’s more critical than ever that every team member is engaged in what they do. If they’re not, the consequences are serious; here are a few to consider:

“We need creative solutions to address the new realities … how do I foster such creativity in my team?”
“As a CEO, it can be lonely at the top… and now, it’s even lonelier.”
“Some experts say that we may be living under the influence of COVID for 5 or more years.  What changes are other CEOs contemplating to adjust / survive / thrive?”

The changes ushered in by this pandemic experience will change the nature of work and organizations forever.

Here’s an example of a recent speaker we had join us.  Alex Gounares says, “CEOs, If you aren't embracing AI now, you will fail in 5 years.”

The immediately obvious changes:

remote work, the need for connectedness, new technologies and altered mindsets are just the tip of a very large unknown iceberg

The Interchange

A virtual community of CEOs, Superintendents, Presidents

from Healthcare, Human Services, Education, Startups and Private Industry from across the country.

The Interchange offers a facilitated, collaborative approach for stimulating innovative solutions to the challenges all CEOs face today.

It is an opportunity to develop coaching relationships with a group of mission-focused CEOs who value integrity, and personal growth.

The format is an inquiry; a willingness to ask lots of questions, knowing that no one of us has the answers, but that together we can find the way forward.

How does It work?

The Interchange forum consists of monthly meetings via Zoom, facilitated by the Phoenix Coaches.
ppp-icons-RGB-point-right-blue.png
We use Zoom breakout rooms, whiteboard, polling via Survey Monkey and frequent breaks to keep us all engaged and avoid Zoom fatigue.
ppp-icons-RGB-point-right-blue.png
Each meeting begins with the presentation of a thought starter such as a short article that outlines some innovative approach or concept.
ppp-icons-RGB-point-right-blue.png
Virtual breakout rooms are used so that smaller groups of 7 to 9 CEOs can have a chance for creative discussion and idea exchange before coming back to debrief in the larger group.
ppp-icons-RGB-point-right-blue.png
A second breakout is utilized to discuss how the best ideas might be executed in your organization, followed by a debrief in the larger group.
In this way, we “seed” thinking with innovative concepts from organizational thought leaders and co-create ideas and innovative approaches with your peers.
ppp-icons-RGB-point-right-blue.png
During the last hour, one or two CEOs will seek input and coaching from peers on an issue of significance that he/she is wrestling with in their leadership role.
ppp-icons-RGB-point-right-blue.png
Rather than the typical “book of the month” or “speaker of the month”, we utilize surveys and profiles to provide insightful, personalized value to each CEO.
ppp-icons-RGB-point-right-blue.png
One coaching call per month with a professional coach is also included for CEOs who want to take a “deeper dive” between sessions.
Payment terms:

  • Set your own fee option below.
  • $3,950 bi-annually.
  • We offer a 25%+ discount for non-profits and school Superintendents ($2,950).
  • COVID Offer:  In response to these challenging times, we continue to offer those who are financially challenged to set their own fee. This is designed to enable CEOs to participate at a fee they see as appropriate for their organization.  We do request that everyone pay something as a way of having “skin in the game” AND we understand that for some, times are tough so we trust that you’ll pay what you can afford.
