We’re looking forward to seeing you at next week’s Interchange session and super excited to share and hear about your connection as a leader with the subject matter being discussed.  For the month of December, we are diving into Chapter 9 of The Great Engagement, Developing Conscious Purpose.  

Chapter 9 is a quick and interesting read that has an objective to stimulate your mind to reflect on your purpose and how it correlates and translates to your career and what you do as a leader.  As you read Chapter 9, please review the Personal Purpose Development Exercise on pgs. 149-150 and the associated 5 questions that follow: 

1. What led you to your career and/or has kept you in it?

2. What do you consider to be your true accomplishments in life-the things that make you proud, make you smile?

3. What impact or legacy do you want to create with your life?

4. If you knew you had only five years left to live, what would you want to accomplish?

5. After having lived a full life, how do you want your eulogy to read?
